  • Return & Refund Policy

    At Cali Img Photography, we are committed to providing exceptional photography and videography services. Because our services involve reserving time, planning, and creating custom digital content, our return and refund policy differs from that of physical products.

    Services

    Photography and videography services are non-returnable once they have been performed.

    Retainers

    Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your signed service agreement. Your retainer reserves your event date and compensates for the time and opportunities set aside for your booking.

    Payments

    Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.

    If a balance remains due after services have been provided, the balance must be paid according to the terms of your agreement before final delivery of photos or videos.

    Cancellations and Rescheduling

    Cancellation and rescheduling policies are governed by your signed service agreement.

    Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and approval.

    Digital Products

    Due to the nature of digital products, all delivered photographs, videos, galleries, downloads, and digital files are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.

    Physical Products

    If you purchase prints, albums, canvases, or other physical products through Cali Img Photography, please inspect your order upon delivery.

    If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our print partner to replace the defective item at no additional cost. Damage caused after delivery, normal wear and tear, or customer misuse is not covered.

    Satisfaction

    If you have concerns about your experience or delivered media, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your gallery. We value our clients and will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns whenever possible.
